2017 collection. Robert Pollard's freak-rock trio Circus Devils (2001 - 2017) says farewell with a pair of simultaneous releases. Circus Devils was founded in 2001 by Robert Pollard, best known as the lead singer and songwriter of the Dayton, Ohio, band Guided by Voices. The band consists of Pollard (vocals and lyrics), Todd Tobias (music and production), and Tim Tobias (music).
