Solid chair. Cushion is soft and offers good support. The only thing is that when sitting all the way back with the armrests up, the sides that curve in restrict elbow movement while typing, making me sit on the edge of the chair. It's probably because I'm a bit short. If I hike the chair all the way up, my legs are dangling and I don't get any leg stability, so maneuvering the chair can get awkward. Would have liked something I could rest my feet on. Would have probably bought a different or slightly more expensive chair if I was able to sit on it before hand. But it's decent.
