Philly transplant Quinn Maybrook (Katie Douglas) wasn't happy that her doctor dad (Aaron Abrams) moved them to the depressed factory town of Kettle Springs, Missouri, where the despair is manifest in the ever-present image of Frendo the Clown, corporate mascot of the burg's long-closed corn syrup concern.
