I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase. First off, the packaging was top-notch. Even though the exterior Best Buy box took a bit of a beating during shipping, the retail box inside was perfectly intact, thanks to the excellent foam packing. Not a scratch on the machine itself! As for the build, it's clear that premium components were used throughout. There's also room for future expansion, which is a big plus compared to more cramped pre-builts from other brands. Performance-wise, it runs flawlessly. There's no bloatware, just a clean Windows installation with all drivers ready to go. I was up and running in no time. The included mouse is fantastic, and while the keyboard is pretty standard, it definitely gets the job done if you don't have one already. The LED lighting looks great, and while the fans do make some noise, it's nothing out of the ordinary for such a powerful machine. Overall, I'm extremely happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend this builder to anyone looking for a high-quality gaming PC.
