Bought this about 5 months ago. The FAN/LED controller hub went out. The PC gets high frames, up to 360+ on Fortnite in performance mode. It is a great machine, only problem is the controller hub going out. Apparently this is common with pre-builts. On my 5 month old PC, None of the fans or LED will turn on. The prebuilt has all the fans and LEDs wired through a controller hub, and since the connectors on the fans are not the standard connectors that go into a motherboard, it has to be wired through this custom hub. Because of this, I have to go thru CLX to get a replacement hub. The only other option would be be to buy new fans with standard connectors and wire them straight to the motherboard. Very inconvenient. Now I have to wait for CLX to send me a new hub.

When received there was no power cord to the Pc tower. I was lucky that my old PC’s power cord was an exact match. Very inconvenient. On top of that there was no product or user manual. When I buy a $2000 tower, I except the basics like a manual and a way to power the PC.
