Starting a photography business, and this had all the pieces I was looking for. I had problems with the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth plus a USB 3.0 port on top of the case and CLX help fix the issues and since support was so great I decided to have them upgrade the Ram to 64 GB and add 2TB solid state drive. Being an IT specialist myself the CLX group of people have been great! I really didn’t buy this for gaming but being a gamer it’s a huge plus as it seems to play so far all the games I throw at it from old doom to doom eternal, quake two, dark forces in dos box, forces unleashed, unreal tournament, unreal tournament three, Jedi academy, Republic commando, and I have many more installed on it, including the crisis series dead space series. Just haven’t bought the latest one yet. Have a little problem editing RAW/JPEG photos under NX studio from Nikon, which seems to crash, but works good under compatibility mode windows 8, and I’m currently working with Nikon on fixing it. You can control the fan speed from top of the case with three settings, and there’s a switch on back of the power supply will set it to turbo. All the lights can be controlled from buttons on the case or software, except for the one on top of the CPU and the graphics card, or I just haven’t figured it out yet. The keyboard lights also can be controlled not sure about the mouse.

So far no complaints. Awesome system that I was able to spec out each component that I wanted, well built, shipped with care .After several hours of play without any problem.Im so pleased with my pc build...CLX did an amazing job...

Reason I give 4 stars is even though I would recommend this system to anybody, I had the misfortune of having to return it because of mobo problems. The internal components of the desktop are fantastic, everything is as described in the specs, but the build feels juust a little... um cheap (outer metal casing). It´s a bit loud too.

Recently got this PC, it's pretty good for a plug & play. Good specs, I like the gpu, cpu, ram, & styling of the overall esthetic. I think they could've done a bit better on the rbg fans, they're rather loud for a pc thats about quarter of $10k. A modular PSU would've been nice also. Also they did not include the stickers or extra stuff that came with each components such as the i7 & etc if that matters to you or not. The 1 TB NVMe is okay at around 2k read speed, but there are already much better NVMe that can do double or tripled easily. The difference may or may not be that noticeable in RL from a 2k read speed compare to 5k when they already put "traditional" SATA SSD & HDD to sleep, but double the speed for about $20-60 extra from paying again about $2.6k after taxes is pretty disappointing. But if you do not really care about the specific of what a PC can do or do better and just want something that is potential future proof for about the next 8-15 years and can handle many task that average to pro level PC user typically do, something that looks good but not over doing it with a EDC light show, this is the PC for you. If you want maybe not the best of the best, but overall a very good and high value PC worth actually $2.5k for components alone, you are better off building your own. To summarize, this is a very nice cheap expensive PC. I enjoy it though and worth it to me (cause I didn't have to do any labor to put this mess together, thank you to who ever did though you did a good job)

The system seems to have a over heating problem. The system has shut down on multiple occasions. I have to use the pc with the door off. Also the pc does not come with any documentation
