What an incredible and powerful Destop, clean, smooth, and love the LED lights. Everytime I set a new headset, updates, and VR setup, the computer does everything so fast and without any hassel. Its like it knows exactly what I want and how I want it done. Super fast, super nice, and super exciting to have. I am running X Plane 12 in VR mode and the smoothness and graphics are incredible. I am a professional pilot and this desktop allows me to use my VR for studying purposes. Heck of an investment, way worth the power of this destop, and I highly recommend it.

My first PC lasted 30 days, then during a 3d scan that I usually run on my iPhone, the fans failed and caused something internally to burn up. CLX replaced the entire unit under warranty and when I received it the unit had poor workmanship (see photos of dust shields sticking up due to screws hardware interference) because they had moved the heat exchanger and installed 2 more fans instead of using the 3 fans built into the front of the case like my first unit had been set up. When hooking it up I learned that they had installed a different motherboard than I had previously. This caused me to be missing the usb 3.0s that are advertised and I no longer have a digital optical output for my soundbar. When asked why the parts change without any contact or consent they stated that my specified parts were no longer “in stock” and that I had received a $500 upgrade and my new motherboard, although lacking features, was faster and more capable with more cpu processing cores. When I went to verify this against my receipt I noticed the case in the advertisement at the time I had purchased the unit was different from both the first and the replacement cases (Best Buy has since updated to show the actual case you will receive). Embarrassed I didn’t notice I consulted CLX about why there are so many parts discrepancies with this order and they basically told me they were just rushing my product through for Christmas, and that everything is an upgrade and their only offer for resolute was a $50 gift card so I could purchase a usb expansion and install it myself. Negating the fact that I just paid to have this pc built to spec. Since using the replacement computer again there has been noticeably more lag and games crashing as well as well as increased processing times when using 3d modeling software. I wish the rating system was out of ten so I could rate this lower. Photos in order are Dust cover sticking up x2, original unit where you can clearly see the dust cover was not sticking up, the case I was advertised at the time, the case I received.

PC was amazingly packaged and shipped well to alaska, runs as powerful as I hoped. Only thing I noticed was the tower was not like the photo but I love it way more then whats shown.

its the best pc the best quality runs so good and so fast it will play anygame u want it to play and it plays it amazingly dont be like i was and get a cheap prebuilt this is quality for the money :)

Product was great until I took it to college. Shortly after I set it up in my dorm, the computer shut down and has not worked since.

Came early an have had no issues plays everything with no problems

I’ve had this computer for a little over a year now, although I have run into a few relatively minor issues while launching they are likely cause by my error messing with bios or some virus and have little to nothing to do with the hardware, the only hardware issue I’ve run into is my cpu has started running very hot even at rest most likely due to the coolant running low due to extreme usage (it’ll probably be 2-3 years for coolant to become a problem for most id assume), and the radiator is reducing the airflow leading other parts to run hot as well. Overall a great machine that works great for gaming and most everything you’d need.

Wow! I was thinking on building my own gaming PC. Thankfully, CLX read my mind with this impressive assembly. This pre-built beauty has all the feature I want without the headache of building my own and comes with customer support. The PC was delivered double boxed in an oversize box with extra padding for protection. The internal components were very well padded for extra safety during shipping. Setup was a simple and within minute this work of art was up and running. After downloading a few of my games, I was online and playing. I also make music with FL Studios and the CLX processed everything beautifully. This CLX Gaming system puts a smile on my face evetime I look it it. The WOW factor will remain for years! Confession, I am not a gamer. I was recommended the gaming computer for the combined RAM, ROM benefits. as I work with my modeling software. I came acros this beauty and love how the speed and eas with which I can run my programs. This computer does not overheat. It is ready, and easy, to add additional memory. Highly recommend.

This machine is scary fast. Must be 75 times faster than the machine it is replacing. I hate the flashy LEDs. I wish there was a way to turn them on/off. Very irritating at night. I’m going to have to make a cover for this thing.
