The USB-COMi-M is a rugged, industrial-grade USB to Serial adapter that supports RS-232, RS-422, and RS-485 communication all in one compact unit. Designed for flexible deployments, it features both a DB9 male connector and a 6-pin terminal block, with external DIP switches for quick mode selection without opening the chassis. With 512-byte transmit and receive buffers, data rates up to 921.6Kbps, built-in termination and biasing, and 10kV surge protection, this adapter is built for reliable performance in labs, automation systems, POS setups, and other demanding environments. LED indicators for Power, TX, and RX provide easy diagnostics, while COM port retention ensures consistent port assignments after reboots across Windows, macOS, and Linux systems.
