Turn a compatible M.2 SSD into portable USB storage with this Core Tech enclosure. The tool-free tray accepts one NVMe or SATA M.2 drive in 2230, 2242, 2260 or 2280 format. A USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C connection supports transfer rates up to 10Gbps, while the included 50cm USB-C combo cable with USB-A adapter connects to compatible computers. The ribbed aluminum housing and thermal pad provide passive cooling. USB bus power eliminates the need for a separate AC adapter, and an LED indicates power and drive activity. Compatible with Windows, macOS and Linux. The enclosure measures 124 x 37 x 12mm and weighs approximately 70g. SSD sold separately; initialize and format new drives before use. Actual transfer speeds depend on the drive, host connection and cable.
