This mouse feels good ergonomically but it suffers from so many issues. Weird disconnects and lagging at times. DPI and Back button at times doesn't feel like working and I have to restart it or check software. I use a Corsair KATAR as a backup and it is cheapish, not as comfortable BUT it runs smoother and better than this HARPOON without any of the issues.

This is not the perfect mouse, but it's a good option. Good battery life and nice RGB options. Good material and feel.

Just thought I'd get a cheap wireless mouse by a company I really enjoy, Corsair but it did not work out for me. It feels pretty cheap, but nothing too bad and the scroll wheel is fine. The button in the middle is not placed well because I always accidently ended up clicking it and changing the speed of the cursor and it was just annoying. Another thing is, is that it would NOT stay connected to my computer at all. I always had trouble connecting it and then once it finally did connect, it would give me all sorts of trouble with disconnecting and glitching. I returned this mouse and decided to drop a little more money, and that was the best decision I ever made. I would have liked this more if it actually worked with my computer which is new.

Starting with the positives, this note works really good. Very responsive. I use it with the usb dongle. I have not tested it with bluetooth. This mouse would be absolutely perfect if it wasn't for a couple issues. First of all the battery is not the longest lasting. Usually last around 2 days of heavy use. You might get it to last longer if you're not a heavy user. My previous mouse which was a cheap $14 mouse would last around 2 weeks on a single charge. Second it uses a proprietary micro usb cable. Other micro usb cables will not fit. Meaning everytime it dies i have to go searching for it's specific cable which is very annoying. Also the buttons are a bit on the sensitive side. Specially the 2 buttons on the side. I'm constantly pursuing them in accident.

Pros: good weight very comfortable great software support Cons: very low battery capacity. had to charge every two days scroll wheel is loose. tried two of these and its always the same
Posted
Hi,
That is not very low battery capacity if you use it that much, but if you're not getting close to the advertised hours then that would be a problem. If the scroll wheel is also loose, then we may just have to replace this unit. Do contact us: support.corsair.com

Very durable mouse. But the only disadvantage I hwhen playing is when I pick up my mouth. To reposition it on the mat it fires off gunshots in my game like if I were clicking the button to shoot very sensitive

Not sure if it was my son who messed up the mouse or it was defective. But we are buying another one and see how that one works. My son liked the mouse so I will purchase another one.

This mouse is okay if you want to start doing some pc gaming. Many people would say that this mouse fits their hand well, and while it does for me, it does get fatigued because of the way the mouse is built. Buying a honeycomb mouse and comparing them is night and day. Plus, the mouse feet don’t seem to glide as well as many other gaming mouses do, but it’s to expected for $50 and wireless.

I thought I'd like this. It has a nice shape/size for mid-sized hands, decent software, and nice low profile rgb. However, almost immediately after getting this, I started having lagging and tracking issues using the 2.4 ghz sensor. Seeing how my mouse was about a 2 ft away from my PC, that's not a good look. I don't know if it was just an issue with my unit, but it won't get it any stars.

It appears to be a decent mouse but unfortunately mine came defective and would constantly loose connection despite trying everything possible. Build quality is good and also very comfortable and light.

Works great until you drop it by accident. Ive purchased 3 in total, the firts broke and the click went bad, the second broke the same way the first one and the click was insonsistent, I used like that for couple years till i replaced with a different brand few months ago. the third one im still using if for work and it works great.

Bought this mouse because I was looking for a nice Bluetooth mouse. Unfortunately the Bluetooth feature on this is pretty much unusable. It was very laggy even when right next to the computer. When moved just a few feet away it would drop in and out. The 2.4 and wired settings are great though. And the overall feel of the mouse is fantastic.

I like the size and weight. Works for my needs. Had it for 2 years now, seems like range strength is getting really low now and it's only about 5 feet away.

[Employee of bestbuy] It's a good mouse except it has a fatal design flaw! The charging port is under the mouse wheel in a very narrow channel SO only the charging cable that comes with it can be used. So lets say you go somewhere and forget that cable, you have no way to charge it now and the mouse is useless. If they would have made the channel 1/8" wider (which there's plenty of space for) you could use any other cable to charge it. They also don't sell this cable so you'd have to buy a whole mouse for a cable.
Posted
Hello Nick,
I use a non-Corsair cable to charge my mouse when I travel, it's just not as wide as the ones you must have access to but I understand of the issue you've ran into. I'd recommend making sure to take a cable that would work when you use the mouse elsewhere.

The functionality and responsiveness is great, but the size is so small, an average adult cannot use it ergonomically. It put my palms in an awkward poisition, which was definitely not sustainable for long hours. If you have very small hands go for it.

One of the extra buttons started making a different sound within about three weeks of owning it. Other than that, it does fine. Not too heavy, the software to set the macros and lighting profile is usable.

The biggest complaint I have is the size. It’s a gaming mouse that isn’t good for gaming, unless you have incredibly small hands. Really not very usable, I returned it for another Corsair and have had great results.

Hi Steve,
Thanks for the feedback.
It's a small mouse and many people love it for carrying with them at all times, so it's definitely not for everyone.

bought for wife, its pretty good for the price, blutooth on her pc has issues can't figure out if its the mouse or the blutooth adapter we use, but still a good mouse with the included wireless adapter.
Posted
Hello Justin,
If the laptop itself has a bluetooth internal adapter, that may be the better way to connect. Otherwise, may be the adapter that's causing the issue so trying a new one could confirm this.
