Barely over a year and the humidifier stopped working. Emailed customer service to give the company a chance but they ghosted me after claiming that their engineers will get back to me.

I purchased for a laundry room to hopefully avoid condensation in the dryer vent, The thing did pull water out of the air well and was quiet. The tank is really too small for constant operation. The big problem, though, the automatic shut off only worked every so often in the month I owned it. Water would overflow to the floor. Thanks to my Best Buy Total I had a sixty day return window. If the automatic shut off would have worked, it would have been at 4 stars just because the tank was too small. If using near a drain it likely would have been great as the unit did quietly really work.

I love the size and the look. But I wish the tank was bigger.
