It's has a nice design that allows you to sit up right easily. However the construction does have some twist when you getting situation or try to rotate a little on the set. I would not expect it to last long if you are rough. Assembling is easy. Biggest zonk is being tagged as containing formaldehyde, because it's treated wood, and you can smell it. The cushions are pretty basic. Does't warrant the full pice listed for the product.

Good: If you have never used this style of chair before, the kneeling chairs with the "rocker" bottom work better than the other style, which are a pain to adjust correctly. This always rolls to the correct angles for good posture. If you have lower back problems, I cannot recommend this style of chair enough. Bad: the front pads hurt my knees or shins, and the chair is a bit wobbly, but that might be because I am obese. Your mileage may vary.

I absolutely love it. It helps my posture so much. Just make sure you are putting your weight on your butt and not your shins. My lower back pain is completely gone.

Okay product! Could be much better! Unfortunately it slides around a lot and the instructions were minimal and not very helpful

I bought this chair and use it at work for part of the day when my office chair starts to bother my back.
