It took 4 hours to assemble this chair and we had to supply our own hardware because certain screws were not long enough for assembly. Then it turns out that it was not the right width- the box said 28” W but it’s only 21” W so my custom cushion did not fit. The only way to get a refund was to return the assembled chair. A total frustrating disaster.
