We purchased this ice maker and 13 days later it started making a grinding noise and we noticed the compressor was not cooling and it stopped making ice. Best Buy was super helpful and immediately replaced it with the same model. We had that one for three weeks and it shut itself off and gave us the error code for a water flow issue. We had the water flow tested and confirmed the water was working properly, yet the unit would not make ice. Again, Best Buy was super helpful and offered a replacement, but we chose to get our money back.

Bought it made ice for a week and died. Returned it for new one that never made 1 cube nugget of ice. Tech support is absolutely terrible taking days to get back through email and they just ask the same questions over and over and seem to have trouble verifying the purchase everytime. Compressors were obviously low or out of gas (i do commercial refrigeration). This product is not the quality i normally see at best buy please avoid.
