Humidifier us great during the day. Tank is easy to fill and clean. Nozzle is easy to position. Issue is that you can't turn off the light when on which I find makes it difficult to sleep. Settings also are all too high, had trouble getting it light enough so the whole floor wasn't wet after running all night. Helped my son's breathing at night though so we dealt with the small inconveniences and eventually figured out the settings getting them close to low enough. Great compact size for smaller space to set it on as well. Only major issue is the small light.

It is silent and compact. My feeling is that it covers an area smaller than it says in the specs.

The user manual specifies that you cannot put the device on carpet/metal/wood because the vent is at the bottom and it has to be at least 2 feet off the ground. I had to specifically find a metal side table with glass top to put it on. Another hassle is you have to turn the water container part upside down for the water to come out. If you don't align the bottom part and the water container part carefully, water may drip everywhere. It's also a little bit of a hassle to have to drain the residual water daily. But overall, it goes well my my house decor and it works. That's all that matters.

This humidifier works very well. It didn't get five stars because the base doesn't separate for cleaning and even with regular changing and vinegar water it gets a gross film buildup in the tank that you can't clean.

I bought 2 of these humidifiers because the air in our home is so dry due to heating in the cold Boston winter. The units do add moisture efficiently and quietly. However there are 2 substantial issues. First, the tanks needs to be filled every 24-36 hours which is a minor nuisance and it is difficult to avoid dripping water on the ground. Also, filling the tanks needs to be done from a bathtub faucet so that's awkward and inconvenient. I would recommend a tank with more capacity. Second, the tanks need to be cleaned weekly and this is a surprisingly time consuming and fiddly process. However - they DO add good humidity to the rooms in which they are operating!

I got tired of pulling out the plug and carrying this humidifier to the kitchen every three days. The water just gets easily drained within 3 days of use. Our room is small. I put it on top of a tall table beside our bed. So I need to turn it little bit higher so it would reach us. However, it does work on sinuses. It eases the breathing. It helps! Just not convenient to put water inside because you have to carry the whole unit. I wish I can just pour water inside to fill it in thru a tube or something when it drains:-)lol not being lazy but is there a more convenient way?

This humidifier has adjustable mist and effective. It is hard to clean however and has a light which is surprisingly bright at night

I bought this particular humidifier for 2 reasons: first, it came well recommended, but more importantly, it accommodated the room size I needed it for. I keep hoping to get the results I expected, but am still waiting. Others have used this to keep their bedrooms moister to reduce dry throats and thus, snoring. My throat actually feels drier with the humidifier running (if that's even possible). I want to give this a fair chance but I may be running out of time.

It helped just enough to get me through a few rough nights. The unit was a lot bigger than expected but still sat perfect on my night stand. Not really used to humidifiers so the humming wasn't too bad if you're medicated enough you wouldn't really notice it. It ran 3 nights for about 6-7 hrs before it needed to be refilled so that was pretty great. I would call this a great cheap pick up right before closing time thanks to the best buy app.

This is a value product. It works fine and is easy to refill and assemble.

works quite well in a small area. easy to clean and refill with water.

Easy to clean. No filter required. Over all good product.

It works like it's supposed to. Only complaint is the lid for the water chamber cracked after 2 uses. My wife is 105 pounds and cracked the cap by simply twisting it on. It still functions fine but does have a slow leak which caused a mess one time when the water chamber was full.

got it at good price for thanksgiving. it is ok for the small room but doesn't work well in a larger room. have to refill the water too often that could be a pain and clean it too to avoid product being clogged and making loud sounds. it is good designed- other than that nothing spectacular.

I have purchased several Crane humidifiers and have never had a problem until now. When I opened the box, the bottom of the water tank looked a bit wrong. I filled it up and tried to use it but it wouldn't give me any mist, only warm air. I didn't think Best Buy would take the return since it had been used, so I contacted Crane customer service and was able to resolve the issue within 24 hours. The one year warranty provided by the manufacturer is good for a free replacement without having to send back the original product. I am a little upset that the product arrived defective, but I am very satisfied with how simple it was to handle a complaint. Tl; dr: Been a satisfied Crane customer for years and received a defective unit this time. I believe it was a fluke and Crane replaced the unit with very few questions asked. I will be purchasing again in the future.

This little humidifier is cute and works well. But as the water from the upper tank goes down to the ionizer it gurgles. When you are sleeping it can wake you up. Don't know how they could eliminate that in this other wise handy machine

Humidifier does work very well. The only issue with the unit is the sounds that it makes when it's on. You do get used to them after a bit thought.

Although this item is good for health, but it is hard to clean and after a long time of using it, you will see a lot of nasty stuff get stuck around and hardly to clean it up.

It makes a little noise when it's running that I didn't expect because it's selling point is it's quiet. As far as working it seemed to do the job and help reduce my cough.
