I never came across a coffee maker with two brew strengths before and this one has it and both strengths taste good. The coffee maker is so easy to use and clean. You can use paper filters. I recommend it.

This has not been a very good experience for me. I received this coffee maker. It was in military time. I had to figure that out, especially when I went to program it it was working and then one day it stopped. I could not get any help I could not get a refund and I have had no coffee ever since I tried moving it to different places to plug it in I tried doing all kinds of things that normally would work. Nothing worked with this cuckoo coffee maker. I purchased it from Best Buy. Best Buy never told me there was a 15 day window of warranty and the company itself wanted to repair it. I would never buy one of these again and I’m having trouble trusting Best Buy to tell you the truth.

Piece of junk. Poorly made with cheap plastic. Time setting is only in 24 hr mode. Digital display didnt work correctly and kept advancing like the setting button was stuck. Way overpriced! Returned immediately
