The toaster has all the necessary controls, which are laid out nicely, and is decent looking. Those are the high points. It is very light, to the point of feeling flimsy. The slots will fit a normal size bread slice, but just barely. The spring that pops up the toast is so weak that it sometimes doesn't work. I was hoping for an upgrade from my decades old discount toaster; instead I got a better looking version of the same thing.

Nice toaster. Looks good and all the functions are helpful and come in handy. Easy to read dial and slides.

Great toaster. A little problem with the setup, but finally got it figured out. Did not get any paperwork with the toaster which was weird. Just the toaster and that was it.

This seems to work fine. I bought and returned a less expensive Cuisinart toaster because the Bagel function simple added extra time but still toasted both sides. This model does the Bagel function correctly, toasting only one side. The pop-up sound is very quiet. It doesn't come with any instructions, but they are available under Support on the Cuisinart website. Also, it doesn't pop the toast up like shown in the picture. Instead, you raise the handle to retrieve the toast. That's pretty common now.

The toaster toasts which is a good thing. However, on side toasts darker than the other. Its annoying but not a major problem.

Best toaster we ever had browns just right and we are very happy with it.

Our toaster broke so this is a replacement. So far so good.

DO NOT BUY! The first time it was used, only the bottom of the bread was toasted. The second time on a lower setting burnt the bread.
