Perfectly adequate toaster with some nice features that are advanced but not dumb for this type of appliance. Great qualities: Digital display, bread choices(digitally displayed), memory, and a countdown timer... so no more guessing when it will pop up. Now, if you've made it this far, I should mention that my wife did have a complaint: The toast engagement slide(depressable lever) did not want to engage... I examined the complaint and found this was a design feature that discourages accidental activation of the heating elements. After i explained why it did that and it was a safety feature i haven't heard another complaint... it does take a hot second to adjust to but is ultimately a better design.

The functions are great. The placement of the power cord is ridiculous. It is located in the front of the toaster making it awkward to plug in and takes away the streamline look in the kitchen.

We've had this item for about a month and love it. Like the options it has (different types of breads) and settings for darker and lighter toasting. Easy to use and easy to clean. For larger types of bread (Russian or Jewish rye) we cut the slices in half to fit properly, and the timer on the device is a nice bonus touch.

Looks complex, but it's actually not hard to use. Toasts a variety of things to perfection. Nice that it has a countdown timer so you see if you still have 3 minutes or only 10 seconds left before it pops up.

Very nice looking product. It seems to be working great except the heat range starts at one and goes to seven. If you go past 2 on regular bread you will most likely burn it. Haven't used it with bagels or muffins yet so maybe need the higher numbers for those items. The timer is nice so you know when it will be done.

My very first impression was how "light" this unit is. Compared to my old toaster it feels like a feather. It also looks great and performs well. I do like the options to select bread type which does make a difference in the outcome. I also like the memory option so next time toasting is a breeze.

With various options for heating this is actually a really solid toaster. I originally bought it because I wanted a four slice toaster and that's much harder to find than people realize. Its solidly put together and has non slip grips on the bottom of the toaster. I wish I had purchased this toaster sooner, because honestly it's that good.

In two months of use, this is a great toaster. The various darkness and bread type settings allow you to create perfectly toasted breads, bagels and muffins. The four slots provide higher output when you're serving up toast for a crowd. Highly recommend.
