I unpacked my new toaster oven and set it up to begin using it, when i noticed a small dent on the left side. I went on to Best buy online to chat with a representative to see if I could get some sort of credit, but the representative was rude and said i had to return it to the store, well i didn't want to haul it back to the store because the toaster oven was working with a just a small defect and all i wanted was some credit. All in all it's not worth $200.
