Have used both the immersion blender and the chopping tools. Both work great and so easy to clean.

Terrible in terms of power (very low), practicality (you need to hold down the power button for it to work) and durability - the power button already broke. I have owned this for less than 3 months and the power button already broke.

I ordered this for my daughters birthday, surprise was when she opened and the product was all broken and missing pieces, even the box model was not the same as the product inside, called Best Buy but because of the 14 days period to return had already gone they didn’t exchange it, I never got to used it
