Broken on delivery. Buttons didn’t work.

Moved to an office and had for my kitchen area there. I didn’t try to use it right away because of the move. Plugged it in and none of the buttons worked. Contacts Best Buy, but by the time I realized it was broken it was one day past the day I could return it. They said there was nothing they could do. Now I have started the process of dealing with a claim with the microwave company. I bought this because it was cheap and simple, but didn’t expect it to be broken.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Upon receiving my microwave I went home and right out the box it doesn't work..
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
