Will this backup battery work with a Dell Desktop Optiflex 3070 SFF (Windows 10) for a long period when the power goes out?

You can always go with a larger unit to extend run times but extended run times are not the intended use. Run times will vary based on power drawn. 550VA BATTERY BACK UP UPS - what does the manufacturer suggest happens to the battery when it no longer holds a charge. Can it be re-built? or is this one of those "planned obsolescence " situations? I still have a receipt, any chance for a replacement?
