I picked up today with the most happiness since it was my first gaming pc that my wife bought for me to celebrate my job. After I came home, I started setting up(people must know my feeling with gaming pc setup). When I boosted the window, It was not able to change the display resolution..and then I was okay? So, I checked the driver manager and found the code 43 on NVIDIA 3070 graphic card. I tried to solve the issue for more than 2 hours. However, whenever I tried to install NVIDIA driver, there was black screen and GREEN DOTS. As a result, I found many people having the same issue as mine on the reddit. (Cyperpc code 43 ). I read all the posts on the reddit and concluded how bad the cyberpc customer service is since people had to pay for the shipping fee to get RDM for the new graphic card, which does not make sense at all. I am really mad and frustrated with this situation. I will just return the whole pc tomorrow.

Reasonable price, fast shippment, but it cannot wake up from sleep. Also one of the fan's LED light was borken

This peoduct is good, bit ots a bit loud. The features are terrific and spped can handle workloads without issues. Its a bit heavy and requires a decent space to access the back for connections

everything and more as advertised! 12th gen i9 temps no higher than 60'C when playing some blizzard games at highest settings. This is a good price for the PCU/GPU combo, highly recommend. some good to know discrepancies in Best Buy description: This set up comes with blue tooth and wifi. the Power supply is 800W. 6 running fans are noticeable but not bad. I was concerned on learning windows 11 - small changes from 10, but so far it seems easier to navigate than 10.

The PC exceeded my expectations by FAR. My main use for this PC is Video editing. I use adobe Premiere Pro and the performance is OUTSTANDING. The machine replaced an HP Z840 workstation with Dual xeons and this Cyperpower PC outperforms my old HP by significant margin. Boot up spped is crazy fast. From power on, logging in, and launching an app is about 15 seconds. Launching Premiere Pro is virtually instant. (Could take up to a minute or more on my old HP) The only think I don't like is that it does not come out of sleep mode. I called Cyberpower PC and reported the issue and never heard back. however, since it just boots up so fast, I just power off instead of letting it go to sleep. This is probably an issue with Windows 11 too, so I don't count it against the hardware.

Great gaming pc. Only issues I had is that the LED fans did not have a good connection when delivered and I had to fix that myself, and also, when put in sleep mode, the pc will not wake, and I will have to restart it for it start working again. Other than that, I have seen no other problems.

1st on came to my house. Noticed it looked repack. Sure enough gpu was corrupted leaving green lines. 2nd one i picked up in store. Unpacked it in store, made a comment to the associate "this looks like a repack" he replied "yes it does"... real pretty paper weight. Gpu has 0 out put. Double checked all connection points to gpu and mother board. The gpu was seated correctly. Restarted each time i connected to 4 different monitors.
