Our refrigerator was delivered by Best Buy's installers, Pulse Logistics LLC. These guys were amazing they took out our Subzero and delivered this Dacor with amazing ease and no damage done at all. We were really impressed; these refrigerators are Huge & Heavy!! They didn't install the Dacor on this day, so they had to come back to put that in place because we bought the Panel Ready Frig to match our woodwork and our cabinet guy had to get the space ready. Then we coordinated this same installer co. to come back when our cabinet guy could be here too. Our cabinet guy (who is also amazing) was very impressed with the installers, he said "These guys really know what they are doing". It all worked out and we are more than pleased with this new frig. We really like the 4 French door design; this seems to have more space than our wider Sub Zero.

Love this fridge. Needed it immediately to replace a malfunctioning 15 year old Kitchen-aid. Only drawback is the stainless steel panels are on back order for at least a two month delay to finish the job. It is useable, see photo below.

This fridge comes panel ready so if you do not have a panel for it, there will be no doors or handles in the box. The electric equipment are placed under the refrigerator which makes the top shelf sit so high up that you would need a step ladder to put something in there.Definitely not worth the price. You can get more features and specs out of a standard $2000 fridge.

We love, love, love our new built-in refrigerator. Besides looking sleek and beautiful in our kitchen it is so functional. We chose a unit without a icemaker and external water feature to gain more cubic space in the freezer compartment. The french doors of the freezer area allow you to access half of the freezer at a time causing less cold air to escape making the unit more energy efficient and you don't have to wrestle with a big heavy freezer drawer. The freezer is designed with 4 smaller drawers. They are lighter weight and easier to pull out and more easily organized than the competitive models with one large bin and a smaller pullout rack above where everything gets jumbled together. The upper refigerator unit has tons of space with repositionable shelves and door bins. The stainless steel interior helps keep and maintain a constant temperature. Kudos to the engineers and designers of this unit.

DACOR's refrigerator with 4-door French door configuration is by far the best ergonomic design in my opinion. We love it.

I’ve only had this refrigerator installed for about a month, but it seems to be doing its job keeping my food cold. That said, installation from Best Buy’s third-party vendor was definitely subpar. They damaged my floors. The installer also wasn’t going to install the anti-tip bracket until I told him about it and that it needed to be installed. I have an open claim with them and it seems to be moving along OK. I will update the review if they don’t take care of it.

Quiet and extremely quiet. Plenty of room. FreshZone+ offers flexible storage as needed. Loved this fridge so far.

I really love this fridge. I would maybe say to not get panel-ready refridgerator b/c it is a nightmare to align. Also make sure on install that the water line is accessible... if you have a leak or anything of the sort, the water to the house needs to get turned off since it's a built-in, unless your installer allows access to the water line. We have had a couple minor issues with the fridge, which would make me give it a lower rating, but the customer service for Dacor has been exceptional, so they earn thier 5 stars. Bonus points for having the best freezer concept on the market with multiple drawers. Love it, and everyone loves my fridge! One last comment.... water dispenser is insdie the fridge... this means the door needs to stay open while filling. I probably woudl have foregone this feature and just got a cold water filter at my sink instead. oh well, next time!

This fridge is a great value and holds tons of food! I was initially uncertain about the freezer door/structure but you can actually fit a lot more in this freezer style AND in an organized manner. My other freezers have been a mess and this one allows you to organize foods and fit more in. The dacor name has great reputation and this fridge delivers! It's beautiful and has an elevated feel.

Part of the main door broke within two weeks. Icemaker slow. Best Buy (in theory) is coming tomorrow but still hasn't promised a window any better than 7 am — 7 pm.

Best Buy has been unable to install all of the trim on this refrigerator. After more than 6 appointments I finally gave up and ordered another refrigerator. That was over 11 months ago... Still waiting. Maybe the refrigerator is OK.. Doesnt look very good missing much of the inside trim. Sill waiting

We have had this refrigerator since July. We really love it, however it has a major defect. We had all of the bottom drawers on the freezer setting (the bottom/right can be set at either refrigeration, or freezer). The problem is that when these drawers are used as a freezer, the defrost drain at the bottom/back of the refrigerator compartment freezes, and the area under the bottom refrigerator drawer slowly fills with water. We noticed this when it started overflowing onto our wood floors. Samsung came out and fixed it, but upon googling, it is a very common problem.

Typical Samsung Junk I purchased the full Samsung Chefs Collection for 25k. And it’s been nothing but problems. The double oven’s went out after 1 year. New circuit board, now this refer, called the Decora now has gone out and the Samsung repair center said it not repairable. It’s only been 4 years! I purchased the extended 3 year warranty and of course it broke just over the warranty period. Don’t throw your money away on this crap!
