Pan stains easily due to spills and they seem permanent.

I read mixed reviews. Got open box good deal so i took the cance on it. *** I love the stove. Its speed is amazinglyfast at high output. *** the griddle works great, i use it on the center where there is a higher concentration of heat. It heats the while griddle. *** yes to be fair not perfect the knob steel stained when chenicals were applied. *** the maid cleaned it and pulled out knobs, when replaced one metal insert was gone-fell out so now it wobbles; i need to buy a new knob insert. ### to conclude i love the stove. Just need to be aware not to use harsh chemicals and when you pull out knobs watch for the inserts easily lost.

Nice design and definitely looks better than the photos. High quality material, including metal knobs that are sturdy and feel great when turning. Super easy ignition and 5 burners with different sizes offer pretty much all types of cooking needs from quick boiling to very weak simmering. Cast iron griddle is a nice plus. The only downside would be you cannot place the grates and griddles in a dish washer but that's common for upscale cooktops or ranges. Also wifi module rather unnecessary for most of the users. I would rather prefer they get rid of it and cut the price.

The cooktop works fine, just as advertised. However, even though it comes with bluetooth and wi-fi, I don't need them. It also comes with a cast iron griddle and a wok holder. I like cast iron but it doesn't heat evenly over a cooktop. An electric griddle works much better. I have a flat bottom wok so I can't use that either. Nonetheless, it's still a good cooktop and the price was reasonable.

Interesting...I wrote a review stating real issues with this cooktop...and it has been removed. So, again...Knobs are plastic, the break VERY easily, and cost $150 each to replace. (All 5 of my knobs broke within the first year.) And, when calling for support (which now goes to Samsung), their technicians did not even know about this model--they had to put me on hold and call Daccor!

The only complaint is the size of the gridle. Seems small. Otherwise, nice and functional

Had this Dacor cook top for a couple of months now and very happy with the quality and performance. The burners all work well and I like the fast boil dual burner in the middle. I gave up trying to sync the Bluetooth but I didn't intend using that feature anyway.

An amazing stove! our family loves to cook and we are enjoying this product.

Dacor's website cannot lookup its own s/n and required customer to call BB and get Dacor's PO to complete.

This cooktop is very hard to clean and maintain. I’ve had this for less than a year and it looks old, especially the grates. And we eat out a lot. I wish their customer service (which is Samsung) will send me a replacement set of grates. The stainless pan is also hard to keep clean. All dirt shows. I don’t know why. For a high end brand, this one disappoints.
