What's the difference between this model, and the one ending in SSDB?

For example, the SSDB stands for "stainless steel Danby" meaning that model has a stainless steel door frame and is Danby branded. I would assume that the one you are looking at ends in BDB, which stands for "black Danby" meaning that model has a black frame around the door and is Danby branded.
can this be used outdoors?

does this model have automatic defrost
Answered by DanbyAuthorizedRepHi Diane, Our Danby Designer 117 (355mL) Can Capacity Beverage Center is equipped with an automatic defrost function and does not require manual defrosting. Defrost water from the appliance is channeled into a drip tray located above the compressor. Heat transfer from the compressor causes the defrost water to evaporate. Regards, Earl
Can the door be opened from either side
