buy an item from BestBuy and a marketplace seller
Received the item promptly; it initially appeared to function correctly. However, I discovered a dent on the corner, which was very disappointing. The website stated I could return it to the store, but they refused to accept it, which was a complete waste of time. I had to arrange for FedEx to pick it up, and the refund process took far too long.
