Arrived dented with the thermostat housing hanging from the wires outside the freezer. Tried to get exchanged with another delivery. Took day off and never came. Bb eventually canceled the exchange. Was offered 5% refund and a $50 gift card. This item cannot be fixed and said they had to do better. Had to spend hrs on phone with several people to get a $250 refund (was told $300). 30 years and a loyal customer and I will never shop bb again. So disappointed.

Love it, but it came with lots damages, scratch on top of the door big dent bottom of the outside of the freezer very disappointing, but not BestBuys fault, it’s the the delivery company the actual box where it came in you could actually see the freezer. It went to so rough traveling. I didn’t want to complain and it took me for ever to bring it in, it was heavy for a woman. I recommend it but I would say by at the store and have them deliver and set it up you can review it and something wrong with it just have then take back and bring you a new one.

I love my garage ready freezer! My freezer was delivered days early and was packaged so well to prevent any damage during shipping. It freezes food very quickly. I can’t say enough about how much I love it.

This is a great freezer, but protecting the freezer during delivery needs to be much improved. When our order arrived it was dented in a number of places. We reordered and the new one was dented as well. I ended up keeping it, but something needs to be addressed with packaging and adding fragile to the box.

Easy to move, easy to clean, lots of storage space and includes racks for organization. The disadvantage is it has no light inside, therefore you need to have a flashlight handy. As well, it sticks tightly after you close it. Yes! If you attempt to open right after you close it, It's hard to open. Not sure why that happens!

This a great freezer. Holds a constant temperature. Has an excellent seal. Plus a five year warranty. You really should stock them in your stores. I did a lot of research and this had the best specifications. Hated waiting for though.

If you need a 7.2 cu Ft Chest Freezer, this is one. This one is white and it work fine. Not too noisy but not silent. Fits my purposes and, was particularly handy when my 14 year old refrigerator failed last weekend so I was grateful to have this chill box ready to go. Whew!
