The information o- line shows the battery with the appropriate tools to install the battery. With the current situation, there are no locations open to assist with the installation of the battery. I need the appropriate tools, which should have been included in the package. Very disappointed with this product.

Picture shows tools with battery however, not included with purchase.

Tools were supposed to be included with the battery. Nothing included, only the battery. Disappointed... Now I need to place another order, but not from Best Buy.

Not so great purchase for a friend it turns out they wouldn’t do it at Bestbuy nor the Apple Store they had to take it to some repair shop to have it installed.

Brought the battery for a friend wasn’t able to get it installed at either best buy nor Apple.

Only got the battery, not the tools....which I thought this one came with.

Quality product but missing a screwdriver required for iphone 7 battery removal.

Was not able 2 use on a iphone. Because it's not a original. And item did not come as picture showed . No screwdriver was supplied. Had 2 return it. :-/

Product received quickly, and was simply to replace. Battery life showed 100% within Settings once replaced. Recommend purchasing this if you've got an iPhone 7 with battery on the lame!

I return the battery because to change them out it looked to be difficult and i did not want to break the phones

Only the battery came in the package. It doesn’t have the tools as represented in the picture and product overview.
