This product was designed to only control the speed of a ceiling fan, NOT the light. For use with a ceiling fan that also has a light, be sure to designate a separate switch to lighting control. The Ceiling Fan Controller works only where one switch controls the fan (single-pole circuits). Works with pull-chain fans and multi-speed ceiling fans; not recommended for fans with remote controller or smart fans.

This switch is part of Deako’s modular lighting system and must be used with a Deako Backplate/Connector (sold separately or included in select home builds).
