Eagles new series Eagle Classics brings together two original Eagle Records CD releases into a single set for the first time. This combines two classic Deep Purple shows from Montreux, the first in 1996 and the second in 2006. Few bands have a stronger relationship with Montreux as epitomized in their all-time classic song InchSmoke on the WaterInch with it's opening line of InchWe all came down to MontreuxInch. The earlier show features the line-up of Ian Gillan, Roger Glover, Jon Lord, Steve Morse and Ian Paice, whilst the later show sees Don Airey take over the keyboard duties from Jon Lord.
