So the product is excellent the way it came in was horrible. Packaging was all torn and broken. No bubble wrap missing remote damage on all four corners very unhappy with how they handled the situation.

I would skip on this subwoofer, thought it would be better than having 2 DN10's but it wasnt. Had sub volume all the way up and barely heard anything from the sub. It may have been a faulty sub, I don't know. I wasn't my receiver (Arcam AVR5) cause it worked great with the 2x DN10's (shakes my whole apartment, even 1x by itself). Bought an open box floor model, looked brand new like if it were straight from production.

Hello, sorry to learn of your experience. Being a floor model, perhaps the Subwoofer was not functioning correctly. As powerful as a properly functioning DN12 can be, two smaller DN10 subwoofers can often present better results. Two subwoofers in a system can help fix Bass nulls.
