Really no complaints. The computer is lightning fast and everything I had hoped for. It was ready to use out of the box. Feels like a brand new computer. Having this computer is helping me organize my life and business. My only possible complaint may be the battery. I'm not sure how long it is supposed to hold a charge, but I had it unplugged and closed for less than 24 hours, and it went from about 50% to 7%. Not bad, but not amazing either. Considering it was off, I would think it would use little or no power during that time. Otherwise, I'm extremely happy with my purchase.

Its a great gaming laptop but theres one huge issue. It didn't come with either a functioning graphics card or a graphics card Im not sure what one i would need to open the back of the laptop up and see if the nivida is in there It does show up in drivers but theres no signal so it could also be a falty graphics card Currently my GPU is 128 MB It should be 2GB if it was running the nivida I cannot do what i need to do with intel graphics. I got the laptop back in February and i just recently found out its running off of intel, not the nivida it said it would come with. It runs CPU intensive games ONLY Shaders are a no go, and please please purchase a desktop fan it can sit on top of or your pc will overheat if yours didn't come with the grapics card aswell

It gets very hot and wouldn’t hold the charge. I’m not sure if the unit that I received was defective or not.
