I will update my review later after setting up the new PC but for those of you thinking you will have 3 Display Ports and a DVI port in addition to the HDMI from looking at the photo on this product, that is NOT what I received. The PC I received has 1 DVI, 1 Display Port and 1 HDMI, which means I will need a 2nd Video card if I want to use all 3 of my monitors using Display Ports. I think they need to update the photo on this product to show what it actually includes. I spent HOURS researching this before ordering and now wished I had just gone to a custom computer shop and had a custom one built like I did last time.

I've had this PC for 4 years now and it has been a great purchase. At the time the price and specs was good enough to run most of my games. Now it can still play most games but struggles with COD and the like but can handle CP77.

I purchased this based on spec and to certain point, by the pictures. The picture shows a massive CPU heatsink with heat pipes. What I got was not as impressive as the one in the picture. I don't see any heat pipes. The Video card also looks different from the picture--it looks smaller and different than the picture. The picture in the manual shows 4 HDMI ports. It only came with one HDMI, one DVI and one display port. I was a little disappointed, but I knew what the specs were. I really only had one choice at this price range and specs for my needs. Good news is, it is fast relatively speaking. The SSD allows programs to load super fast. Boot time seems like less than 60 seconds. The fans are very quiet. I'm not using this for gaming, so I can't comment on its performance in that application. The mouse that it came with is very cheap and clunky, but it works. I'll be changing it. The keyboard is also cheap, but responds fine enough to my taste. As for reliability, or robustness, I've only had it for few weeks, so I can't comment on that. I got it when it was on sale, so I'm ok with it.

Very happy with this purchase. Setup was easy, so much easier now with subscription-based applications. I have great wifi in my home and have been very pleased with the performance of this PC on wifi. There is no CD/DVD drive but after all is said and done, I don’t really need one. I have it hooked up to a 42 inch hdmi TV which is great!

So far, so good. Have used this machine for video editing and audio production. CPU fan occasionally spins up like a jet engine - particularly with some heavy video rendering or processing - but it doesn't usually last very long. Considering expansion? You may be limited. I added a iEEE-1394 PCI-E card, but I had to get an adapter cable to tap power from one of the connectors designed to power a SATA drive.

This is a pretty solid gaming computer. I've had no problem running games like Fallout 4 and Doom 2016 at max graphics. This tower is quiet, unless I'm listening for it I can't hear the fans over any games or music. The PC has tons of USB ports both on the front and back of the case as well as audio and mic ports on the front. The only downside I've found so far is the 3d light strip on the front. It is ungodly bright and I've yet to find a way to dim it or turn it off in settings. But that's a very minor problem.

Great desktop. Super fast with the SSD drive for programs/Windows and hard drive for storage. Easy to disconnect the large bright blue light in the front as well.

I didn't buy this computer for gaming. I bought it to work from home. The SSD starts it up fast and moves between programs with ease.

Easy setup, great quality. Real fast loading with the SSD and nice graphics rate which runs my games fine.

The computer itself is fine for what I need it for (software development and occasional low-end gaming). However, Windows puts so much unnecessary crap on here. I had to go into the task manager to forcibly stop several applications and processes that were unnecessary. So many apps while I was coding was causing the cooling fans to startup. Now that I've removed a lot of unneeded software I haven't had issues with the fans.

Love my new tower. It’s super fast. I bought it because my other tower was super slow and wouldn’t update. The gentlemen who helped me and my hubby was very very helpful and knowledgeable. He helped us pick the correct one for my personal computer at home. I would recommend the Best But on 82nd in Portland, Oregon. He’s a great asset to your company. Athena McKinzie

Fast CPU, easy setup. Haven't failed me yet. No issues so far. Always working and can get online and do work when needed. Nothing worst than turning on the computer and have to wait 5 minutes to even use it. This product comes through each time.

My expectations - that it wouldn't freeze when I loaded up my browser with a zillion tabs of articles not yet read - were met! Thus far, it is performing perfectly.

Great computer! I've always wanted a Dell. I'm not a gamer, other than card and puzzle games & they run very fast on this machine.
Excellent for those who love gaming and editing. Only had it a few days but I love it so far!

Computer fires up fast no lagging thus far. Blue strip light bright was annoying at first but I got used to it. Couldn't beat the price

This is hands down a beast of a machine. It is powerful, great value, and awesome looks. I look forward to using this soon.

Bought one in Jan, failed after 2 or 3 weeks, Waiting for a box to ship to DELL. It looks like power supply failure. I liked the design, so I bought another one in order to have a working computer. This one failed after 1 week, it looks like graphics card. Returning to BestBuy tomorrow.

Got this for my son, he wanted a gaming PC, this was better priced than similar spec models by others.

Back slot image doesn't match with actual PC. Everthing else looks the same.
