Defective Dosplayport 1.4 port

I purchase the docking Port in June 2024 and it worked fine for about 6 months with an external monitor connected to the DisplayPort 1.4 port. However now in January 2025 the port stopped working and I had to connect the external monitor directly to the laptop.

Most docks are boring, ugly, big, and mostly ignored. Not only is this a good looking dock, but its actually useful beyond plugging things into it! Keeping your phone charged through the day (in portrait or landscape!) is fantastic. My only wish is magsafe compatibility. Would be great for charging airpods!

Great product. Good quality. If you are into cable management the cables might stick out as this is meant to stay on desk.

Item was good but didn't need it and returned it for full credit. I was given incorrect information saying my existing one was bad until a senior ?) member told me the real issue on my next visit.
