I was very excited at first, but after multiple uses I am not impressed. I have watched the video tutorials and read instructions on how to fine tune the grinder and it always seems like it is too bitter. I thought it was the brand of coffee beans I was using , but I’ve tried multiple brands. It will also randomly smoke when it grinds the coffee beans. Also I don’t understand the hype and convenience with the milk container but once again I am Not impressed with the foam. There is only 3 settings steamed milk, almost foam, and airy foam. It leaves no room for customization.

Not User friendly! Good coffee though! Still haven’t figured out where to put ground coffee… and can’t set coffee for morning because it does a stupid rinse cycle every time it turns on!

I replaced a Krups Barista with this machine, after a lot of research. The price point was great compared to other units with similar capabilities. Seemed like a solid unit, with good finishes, fit, etc. The problem I had was the milk temperatures. The coffee temp is adjustable, but not the milk. The hottest I was able to achieve was 120 degrees, which is at least 10 degrees below the minimum for a latte. I returned the unit and ordered a Breville Oracle Touch. It costs considerably more, but it is supposed to have a lot more flexibility as to crafting a drink. I didn’t want to keep a machine that cost that much that left me less than happy.

Less than 30 days old and frother quit working. Delonghi said they were sending a new frother but still not a word from them. Bought this for my husband for Christmas, he went into hopsital right after and hasn’t even used this coffee maker 12 times when it quit working!

Tastes okay with settings. The downside is you can't adjust the temperature of the milk for the latte. It is lukewarm at best. App is unstable from time to time.
