I am reaching out regarding a long-standing issue with my coffee machine order, which has yet to be resolved. Despite multiple attempts to receive the correct product, I have encountered significant delays and unacceptable service. Initially, after a prolonged wait, I finally received a shipment, only to discover that I was sent a secondhand coffee machine instead of the new one I ordered. This was especially disappointing as the machine was intended as a birthday gift for my sister. It was extremely frustrating and disheartening when she opened the package only to find a previously used item. Following this, I contacted customer service and was assured that a new order had been placed. However, the status has continued to show “out for delivery,” yet no actual shipment has arrived. The delivery keeps getting delayed with no clear resolution. This situation is completely unacceptable, and I kindly request urgent attention to resolve this matter immediately. I need confirmation on when I can expect the correct, brand-new coffee machine to be shipped without further delays.

We had a De'Longhi EC600 that worked fantastic and lasted many many years. When it came time to replace it, we thought we'd upgrade to the EC885. Unfortunately, we found this version to be far noisier and it didn't make as good tasting espresso. Same beans we've always used, but the coffee was flatter and more bitter. We tried a number of different methods, and the quality didn't improve. I would pay more for this machine if it was better made and worked well.

My first order came missing the protective bags for items inside, and missing two items, descaling solution and water hardness stickers, i returned it and ordered another one, which was expected to picked up o 4th Dec, then delayed to 7th then finally 11th. Worst best buy experience when it came to customer service, and delonghi experience for whats inside the box...

It was a problem because I get home watching 2 videos in YouTube to take some information to how use it. And it was looking like something simple but when I tried to make me an Espresso and the coffee maker didn’t work. So I took it back to Best Buy Store. And I ordered another coffee maker same brand different style which I haven’t gotten yet. I’m waiting for the store to let me know when they have it so I can go and pick it up. Those things happen sometimes.

Internal water line gasket was faulty right out of the box. During first use it leaked water everywhere. Googled it and apparently it’s a known issue for this model. Returned for a refund.
