The wrong item came twice even after the model number was entered from the device it was needed for. Don’t know why Best Buy would sell laptops that you canst get replacement parts for. Especially for a charge cord.

Does not connect securely to lab top. Have to move cord in right position to charge computer.

Bought this computer because of the low price, but now feel it was a mistake. Going on the internet, especially for streaming is slow and I am barely able to watch shows. Loads apps at an adequate speed, but will not set records. Did not expect a high performance PC, but this is a disappointment.
