I needed a new charger for my laptop, and carefully read all the descriptions. This one was supposed to fit my make and model. In reality the cord did not fit despite the item description assurances that this was the proper replacement. Best Buy staff immediately accepted the return and process the refund. I suggest when buying replacement chargers for Dell computers, you bring the laptop into the store to verify proper fit and reduce aggravation.

Works great for my dell inspiron. My old one had watts issue. This charger fixed it.

Well worth the value! Half the price of Dell's official replacement and does the same thing. I've had it for 2 months so far. Fits snug in my Inspiron 3693 and charges just as efficiently as the original. Got here quickly too.

Yes the first charger that I got it said it had the wrong adapter I received my second charger in the mail very prompt tracking is great great service they provide there and I'm very happy with my items

While the search for a power cord on bestbuy.com comes up with this power adapter and charger - it does not fit the laptop. Had to return it - which is not easy in this new COVID-19 environment. Dell has lots of product numbers - some have the same series as others - if you can't go to a store and actually try the power adapter into your own laptop, buying one online is probably not the way to go.

Did fit my laptop, so I had to send it back. Never gave me another one for my laptop. Store say they don’t sell them anymore and had nothing capable to it. Don’t understand when I bought my laptop at Best Buy. Joy Thurmond

This product works just as well as a actual Dell product. It performance is great. The price was also right.
