The Denon DL-103R comes with a special Certificate of Authenticity stamped with the Denon Head Engineer approval, featuring a premium 5-year out-of-box warranty (excluding stylus). This limited edition cartridge masterfully reproduces both LP stereo records and LP mono records with excellent channel separation of 20dB or more at 100-500Hz and 15dB or more at 45kHz. It offers a wide playback band (especially in the high frequency range) and flat output voltage and frequency characteristics. It meets strict measurement protocol to confirm frequency response is according to the standards set.
Following the footsteps of award winning DL-103, the Denon DL-103R retains the smooth sound, and excellent detail and accuracy of this historic design while ensuring transient audio performance with speed and clarity
The Dl-103R MC phono cartridge features 6N copper coils wound with precision to the cantilever shaft that ensures cohesive detail and improved clarity, and does not mask the sound of your favorite vinyl records
This MC phono cartridge compensates for the shortcomings of low-budget records in modest turntables, and yet performs incredibly well with expensive turntables. The tonal balance gives your vinyls that extra tonal richness and depth
Super easy to implement in most of today’s tonearms, the low-compliance DL-103R is equipped with a conical stylus profile that aids in easy setup, making the process completely hassle-free
