Good First Time Microscope

Good Beginners microscope. Thought I would have to return the birthday gift because after working with it for two hours nothing was coning into focus except black squiggly lines. It turned out to be residue and tiny scraps of black plastic on the lens which was easily wiped away with lens paper. It would have been nice to have had more interesting prepared slides than the few that were included to keep up the interest.
