The first install all went well. But a week or so the dishwasher had a lite on which didn’t restart. So I call Best Buy to get exchange my new dishwasher. I got my second installed when he finish installing, the one I got the door hinges where bend. What a nightmare. I went back to the store to figure if I wanted a different model but decided I still want the same one. So I call Best Buy again and got another exchange and finally all good now. Just crossing my fingers since I do love the capacity of this dishwasher

The uninstall of the damaged dishwasher was fine. The install of the replacement was ok. I'm not totally impressed by your install teams! As far as the Dishwasher itself, I like it!! I'm attaching 2 pictures. The left side you can see the gap is about 1 inch and you can see the padding that goes around the dishwasher showing in the gap area. The right side, the gap is almost nonexistent and the bottom of the dishwasher almost rubs!

Timely, smooth, and without problems problems. Replacing it with a new dishwasher was far more difficult and required several visits, but in the end we completely satisfied and are quite pleased with the new Bosch.

Needed for Dishwasher Install Warranty replacement. You have to remove the old unit before the replacement unit is installed,
Came back out and gave me new dishwasher after first one malfunctioned

This was the worst customer experience I have ever receive from a company representing a corporation. Lone Star Appliance the subcontracting company who represented Best Buy tech was extremely rude, incompetence several unnecessary holes in my cabinets for a dishwasher replacement with the same make and model. He do not ask for my permission or did I understand why it was required in the first because we replace with the exact same dishwasher. When I questioned him he indicated he needed a bigger hole to run the drain hose and water supply. He said holes that he drilled would not do anything. I responded why would you need new holes with the same dishwasher replacement. At that point he ask for a hanger in angry manner. Which I provided. He clearly was looking for a easier way and damage my cabinets in process.. Eventually he got the hose through the original holes however I ask him why he had three breaks in his drain holes he responded to me. “Man what are you talking about “ At that point I ask him to leave because he wasn’t going to raise his voice and talk to me disrespectful in my home.. I later cancel the order and still waiting for someone to contact me regarding the damage he cause to my cabinets. I’m extremely disappointed with the services provided by this subcontracting company and surprise they represent Best Buy who has always been my favorite electronic retailer.

These guys are good at their jobs. The technician seamlessly slid this massive machine out of a tiny tight slot. They must’ve had years of experience; repeating the same movement until it became muscle memory. I was surprised he only used 1 tiny tool to loosen the nut before it sprang from it’s position. He removed the washer of dishes so swiftly, leaving a newly exposed area before inserting the new large unit into the gaping, open space. I was very pleased at his attention to detail. He wiped the front of my countertop down to remove any excess mess he made. His partner assisted him to ensure accurate measurements were taken for maximum accuracy. He was sure to wipe any remaining liquids that oozed from his hose and I was pleased that not 1 drop leaked. The other technician may have been a newbie because the hose squirted a little before he got a good grip on it. The more experienced worker offered the novice a hand and they double-teamed it to compl

They were fast and replaced my damage Dishwasher quick
First, I installed the leaked detector, and the technician arrived right away. They checked and found that the unit was broken. I quickly ordered a new one to replace it. After a few days, the new unit arrived and was installed. It's been more than a year now, and everything is still working perfectly—there are no leaks, and no problems at all.

Best Buy's contract installers were respectful and tried their best to provide quality service. Unfortunately, prior to leaving the new reinstalled dishwasher was set to run; however; much to my dismay, the manual and accessory package were left in the washer. Both items became soaked and the accessory bag was filled with water. In addition, the kick plate under the dishwasher was hastily installed and scraped the floor in front of the machine, I had to use a Dremel tool to adjust it; however, it still isn't a proper fit.

Uninstall and haul off is a very important service that you offer. I really appreciate you notifying me that I won this $400 gift card. It will certainly come in handy with Christmas coming around soon. I'll be looking for it in the mail.

THIS time it was as expected. However the only reason we got a new dishwasher installed was because the previous Best Buy installer had either broken the adjustment legs or installed one that already had broken adjustment legs so it could not be leveled and raised to the countertop level. The new crew brought in the replacement machine and quickly installed it properly after removing the original installation with the broken adjustment legs.

My appt time was 8-12 and the tech got to my house at exactly 8 on the dot. He had the old dishwasher out and the new dishwasher in in under an hour. He also told me he put the new dishwasher a little lower so I wouldn't have problems with the heating element so sounded pretty knowledgable.

The team that uninstalled our dishwasher was so much better than the 2 guys who initially installed it. A corner of the dishwasher was damaged, but I didn't notice it until the plastic wrapping came off (after dishwasher was already installed). Then I noticed the guys hadn't pushed the dishwasher as far back as it should have gone, so it stuck out too far. Good thing I had to order a new replacement, because the original install was not done properly. They were lazy and drilled holes thru my cabinets vs. anchoring the unit to the underside of the counter top. You have to stay on top of these 3rd party installers to watch every move if you want the job done right. Many thanks to the new team who came to uninstall the damaged dishwasher. They were very professional and did the job correctly. Love our new Kitchenaid dishwasher. It's so quiet and does an excellent job of cleaning/drying the dishes.

There was an issue with the new dishwasher after it was installed. Best Buy took care of the issue whereby uninstalling and bringing new unit to be installed. Hassle free.
