Awesome drone. Workers well. Easy to use. Camera is amazing

I have purchased new and refurbished drones from Best buy for 3 years. Their Total tech membership was a necessity for this beginner drone enthusiast and it turned out to be a Godsend. Coverage can not get any better or easier. (Side note) The refurbished DJI Mavic Air 2s has by far been the best and most reliable of all my purchases.

I definitely read most of the reviews and I was taking a gamble on buying the refurbished package. However, my experience was great! The drone was basically new, un-bounded from the previous owner, came with all propellers (only one set open that was used to fly the drone a few times from the previous owner), one of the three batteries was new and the other two had 2 cycles. All other accessories were inside the box (charger, charger base, extra sticks, USB charger, and ND Filters). I would take a gamble and order this, if it does not come as expected just return and order another one, that is basically the good returns that Best Buy offers.

I purchased this a few weeks back. I was a little skeptical because it was a refurbished item but after the inspection, it looks like it’s brand new no issues with it being activated seems to fly very stable, would recommend this item Especially for the price. There was a gadget bag that came with it. I preferred a hard case.

Despite other reviews, this refurb is well worth it!

All the propellers, filters, lens cover, usb charging cable, phone connectingcables are missing.

The package arrived 2 days late, I was hit, the product was defective, the truth is that it left much to be desired, I do not recommend reconditioned products from bes buy

The first order came with just 2 batteries instead of 3 which i had to return. The 2nd order came without the gimble guard and broken front.

A refurbed drone that missed inspection. Had some removal and replacement of arms with damage reassembling. Not safe for flight.

The Air2s is the best drone for learning to fly and the experienced! It’s tough and took a beating while I learned to fly and tried to avoid crashes( those power lines will sneak up on you). The camera is pretty good too. I highly recommend it and it’s extremely fun to fly! Tough, 25 min flight time and amazing technology went into this!. What would make it better is longer life batteries. Have fun flying!

I bought this instead of the full price of $1300. I will say I am happy I did buy it. It seems like buying the refurbished drones at Best Buy can be a hit or miss. Thankfully I got what I paid for and everything is included. The only issue I have is one of my batteries just doesn’t work and I’m missing the lighting cord. The drone came in absolutely perfect condition. If you don’t want to pay the full price take the chance on this. You’ll save a lot of money and if it’s not right just return it.

I was forced to buy my DJI drone online. Directed by store employee. He was very knowledgeable however at no fault of him Best Buy doesn’t stock the drones or any parts, batteries etc for them. I’ve had nothing but issues with the sensors, batteries and charger. The store doesn’t want to assist in making this right. They give me contact to DJI. This is a perfect example of why brick and mortar stores are closing when they send you online anyways and don’t stand behind what they buy. Geek squad warranty was never offered to me therefore I knew nothing about it. I love the drone just irritated with Best Buy. My money went to Best Buy so they should be more helpful or not carry the product.

Very happy with drone, but has to return one of the batteries was dead. They would not return or exchange just the battery. Had to return everything and reorder it. Second one came missing a full set of propellers.

Great build quality, easy to fly, and the camera captures stunning footage. Battery life is solid, and controls are super responsive. Highly recommend!

The drone is great and for the money I have no real issues with the refurbished product. Mine didn't come with the carrying case as I expected. Nowhere in the description did it say there might be missing items. I contacted customer support and they were less than helpful which cost them a star in my rating. They did say I could return it if I wanted to. That seemed silly to me so I didn't.

Ok it is really hit or miss on this buy. I bought the first fly more combo and it was missing a couple items but the main reason I returned is the drone had many scratches and the camera was reading overload. So I sent back and got another lol Luckily I received a like new one and the original box. It’s a gamble
