The Dji drone came bound with an account and the package was damaged where it appeared like someone opened both the exterior shipping box and no seal on the drone box however, thst might be due to it being refurbished, but I am unsure. I am looking into getting it unbinded, but the open and damaged like packaging is leading me to want to return it and buy elsewhere. I did check to make sure everything was there in the package and it was all there as listed in the product listing was there. The exterior packaging was torn open and it appears that the logged in account flew the drone for 5 minutes, 4 flights, and flown a distance of 173ft. Maybe this was testing from Geek Squad and it was not cleared, or someone took my drone for a joy ride. Otherwise, it was flown from a prior owner. I ended up returning the item as the torn packaging was evident of some tampering and I did not want something going wrong down the line.

So i bought this thinking it was just the drone along w/ the controller … It came with a 4 pack dji ND filter . 3 batteries. A multi battery charger. Plus power adapter. Shiiii load of extra wings. & like 7 wires some usb c some battery chargers with different country plugins . Now i can return the extra battery i bought at amazon and the nd filters saved me 200$ !

The three cameras on this thing are wild. Composing shots and getting creative have never been easier. Worth every dollar.

All the things are well but it was missing a propeller

I ordered a refurbished mavic 3 pro and received a regular mavic 3 inside a mavic 3 pro box. It was clearly used, so someone had obviously swapped it out and Best Buy didn’t notice

This drone is awesome i upgraded from the classic and i have not regretted it at all

Just picked up the mavic 3 pro and it came bounded to someone else account contacted dji to see if they could help.
