Worth the Buy!
I was very hesitant to purchase this because it is always a gamble getting refurbished products. With that being said, the price tag of $800 (+ tax) was too good to pass up. The equipment (drone / RC2 / batteries + charging hub / pouch) came in perfect condition! It was brand new. I didn’t even see any fingerprints on the RC2 screen which was actually shocking. The screen is a fingerprint magnet. My drone was not bound to an account so I was able to bind it to mine without any issue. During the binding process (in the settings), I was able to see this drone flew a total of 0 miles! I have yet to use all the features but it flies wonderfully for the little amount I have had it in the air. I am just ecstatic of the condition of the product I received. If you are thinking of getting this drone, definitely do it. The pictures and video the Mini 4 Pro is able to output is glorious and truly amazing given the size and weight of the apparatus. The 360 degree obstacle avoidance works extremely well so if you are a beginner and worried about crashing your drone, this is the perfect drone for you. Plus, the software and capabilities of the cinematography is worth the price tag alone, in my opinion. DJI really made a bulletproof product with the Mini 4 Pro. I can fit this entire package (pouch which carries the drone, RC2, battery station with 2 more batteries) into a backpack for travel. I highly recommend the Mini 4 Pro to any enthusiast, beginner, intermediate, or advanced photographer/videographer. The only downside if you would buy this drone for professional use is that the camera might not meet an advanced photographer’s expectations. There are certainly better options out there for drones with better cameras. Please understand that for most people, this will certainly suffice and exceed the expectations of the average user. I am elated and very thankful I made this purchase. The mini 4 pro is truly an amazing product for all ages and competencies. The only negative I can think of is it looks like the RC2’s battery life isn’t all that great. If the screen is at maximum brightness, it really depletes the RC2’s battery. Just make sure the RC2 is fully charged before having an hour or two of fun and you should be good.

Good, could be "Great" w/ improved QC, still happy
Short Review: Not perfect, but Best Buy made it right and I am satisfied. Long Review: Item Description Accuracy: All items present were in like new or new condition with the exception of the RC2 controller. The controller has a 3/4", hairline scratch that is only noticeable with a super bright background. The actual aircraft is pretty good. I could not find any permanent markings on the aircraft at all. There was some kind of diet coke-colored staining on the base of one of the arms but it easily came off with some cleaning. Additionally, I thought there was a scratch on the primary lens, but again, it was a smudge that came off with some TLC. Other than that, no wear and tear was noticeable at all. However, the package was missing the following items: 3x Sets of propellers (no props came on the aircraft and I was missing another 2 sets) 1x Intelligence Plus Battery (I received 1x regular and 2 Large Batteries.) I immediately called Best Buy and was directed to go to the store (1 hour away), with all items, to get the missing items replaced. Much like many people here. However, I went full Karen and wanted to speak to managers AKA someone above customer service and Best Buy is sending me all the parts I need. I am more than happy with that. The whole process to less than 1 hour to resolve. Functionality: All items present worked as they should. Binding/Unbinding: All components were unbound and ready for sign-in. Would I choose this product over a comparable DJI refurb'd drone (if it were available), no. DJI has exceptional QC and their prices are great. But is this product reasonably priced and did Best Buy do right to correct anything wrong, yes. I would make this purchase again if I needed to.

Flip a coin. Might get lucky
Decent condition. Had 1hr 32min of flight time. No instruction manuals. And one of the plus batteries were swapped out with a regular battery. The guys at best buy wouldnt do anything about it. Said they dont check the boxes when they get returned and if theyre told everything is good the items get sold as "geek squad refurbished" and only option is to return and try again. Still wasnt a bad deal so i accepted it with standard battery. Everything works great.
