How is the Heat dissipation on this cam? I think DJI does better to prevent overheating, but newer action cams seem to Overheat quicker.
Dear Customer, thank you for your inquiry. The Osmo Action 5 Pro sports camera can shoot 4K120fps video at a maximum bitrate of 120 Mbps (camera firmware version V01.01.05.10 and later), and the actual video file generated in one minute can be as large as 900 MB. With its compact and portable design, Osmo Action 5 Pro inevitably dissipates heat when processing such a large amount of data in a short period of time, which is an irresistible physical law. The camera was designed with special attention to the heat dissipation issue. To ensure the normal performance of the camera, the internal heat is designed to be conducted to the lens cover, front and rear screens, and body itself through heat sinks and silicone grease. Additionally, strict tests have been made to ensure that the camera temperature is within a reasonable range during long-term recording.Should you need any further assistance, please feel free to contact our DJI support at http://www.dji.com/support, we are always here to help. what is the battery voltage for the DJI Osmo Action 5 Pro? Is it safe to fly in a personal bag?
Hi there. Thank you for your question. The battery voltage of the DJI Osmo Action 5 Pro is 3.87 V. Please note that lithium batteries use active metal materials, and accidents such as high-temperature spontaneous combustion or short-circuit combustion may occur during a flight. Therefore, before taking the plane, make sure to discharge the battery to less than 5%, and keep it away from fire. Batteries brought on the plane should also be insulated in advance, with the positive and negative terminals sealed using insulating tape or glue. Should you need any further assistance, please feel free to contact our DJI support at http://www.dj.com/support, we are always here to help. Best Regards，DJI Support

Can the camera be used for diving right out of the box or do I need to purchase a casing?
Dear customer. Thank you for reaching out. Osmo Action 5 Pro can be used at depths of up to 20 meters. However, it is recommended to install the Waterproof Case for long-duration underwater shooting or in environments with high water impact pressure. With the waterproof case installed, it is waterproof up to 60 meters. It supports waterproofing in both freshwater and seawater. There is no time limit for waterproofing, and theoretically, it can be submerged in water indefinitely.
