Q: Why does this have only a 15 day warrante
A: DJI has insisted on retailers reducing their return period to 15 days, in order to eliminate "frivolous" (their words) returns, and "sustain" sales. They forced Target to also comply to the 15 day return period. They can do this due to the nature of retail sales. DJI provides the drones to Best Buy on credit, when Best Buy completes a sale of a drone, that drone's "credit" becomes due to the vendor (DJI). When an individual returns a drone within the return period, Best Buy does not have to pay out for that sale (as its been returned). Best Buy is then able to either send the opened drone back to DJI, or accept it and sell as open box. In case of open box, Best Buy will pay DJI on same timeline as if original buy never returned it. Q: Does it come with one battery or two batteries and is the charger included
A: It comes with 1 battery. I recommend 2 more. Also a car charger and the carry bag. I also bought a screen shade. Also purchases a tablet. Make sure you get one that u can warch the vedio from the disk in the drone. A biger screen is better, but can't be bigger than the holder on the remote. I think i got a 7.5 inch. I also got a bigger disk for the drone it doesnt record much time.

A: Hi Dado, The Phantom 4 Advanced is at its end of life. The Phantom 4 Pro V2.0 has replaced both the Phantom 4 Advanced and Phantom 4 Pro.
Q: Can I get a replacement battery since my battery is defective?
A: Only if the battery is within the warranty period. I had a battery fail with only 10 or 15 flights. I contacted DJI. They could care less about their customers issues. They would not replace the battery even though it was barely used.
Q: This advanced comes with remote controler
A: Yes it come with 1 battery and control don’t know why don’t show but I purchase it and has very heavy duty control everything you need just need plug your phone to controller.
Q: Can you use a micro SD card of 128 GB in this type of drones, and if so, how do I use it?
A: I believe you're limited to 64GB, but not a guarantee. I've only purchased 64GB.
