my computer windows 10 will not talk to my printer hp office jet pro 9010 series geek squad has beed to my house 2 times in 2 weeks nobody does there job its hurry up say things are good and leave that is not good service
I have a software program that I use for my business that is not compatible with anything newer than Windows XP, and the printers we have are compatible with Windows XP too. My printers have started having problems and I need someone to repair them.
