When I bought this TV and discussed with the seller I was assured that the TV did NOT mirror and that it was weatherproof. I installed this tv in my pergola underneath the roof so there is no chance it gets wet. However I was disappoint to see that there is significant condensation under the glass that always appears. I thought it was just a 1 time issue but clearly I was wrong. How do I get rid of the condensation bc it impacts the ability to watch the tv? Second, even on a cloudy day the screen has more glare than advertised.

I cant believe this TV is even for sale, extremely heavy, you CAN NOT watch it during the day, the screen is quite literally a mirror you cant see anything at all, what a waste!!!!

First TV we received had a bad computer, had to take back to the store and order a new one. The new one seems ok. Nice clear picture. Easy to use. Havent had long enough to know how it will do in winter weather. We did buy a cover for the cold winter and rainy spring.

My wife was nagging me to get something for entertainment for our outdoor space. Initially tried a projector but we don't have much shade so was hard to see. Figured I would try an outdoor tv but didn't want to spend an arm and a leg. I debated between a smart one and basic but couldn't justify spending a couple hundred more when i could just add my Roku stick for $30! This ended up being a pretty descent tv. Not too great in direct sunlight but other than peak hours its great to watch on. A bit on the heavy side so definitely have someone help you install this. Came well packaged and included a wall mount which saved me $50.

Good quality picture & sound. TV was easy to set up and pre-install programs\channel are good. Heavy unit and I was concern about mounting; but no problem. The tv has a very reflective screen and watching at times can be a little difficult.

We picked this up from the store, and everything went very smoothly. Came in quicker than we expected. TV quality is great. The only thing that made this a four star as opposed to five is the sticker placed on the lower corner of the tv will not come off. We have been trying everything, I really don't like when they do this.

I purchased a TV from Best Buy, and while the product itself works well, it didn’t come with a remote, which started a frustrating ordeal with both Best Buy and the manufacturer. Upon contacting Best Buy, I was initially offered either a $25 gift card or the option to exchange the TV, as they couldn’t supply a remote themselves. I chose to proceed with the exchange, which seemed straightforward at first. Best Buy provided a return label and assured me that as long as I returned the TV by November 2nd, the new one would arrive before then. However, a few days later, they unexpectedly canceled the exchange order without notifying me. When I followed up, I had to speak with multiple representatives, each of whom seemed unaware of the situation, requiring me to repeat myself numerous times. Finally, after hours on the phone, I discovered that the exchange was canceled because I hadn’t returned the TV yet, despite being within the agreed return window. They then informed me that the only way to complete the exchange was to return the TV, repurchase it at the current higher price, and wait for a refund of the price difference. This process felt convoluted and unnecessary, and I was left without confidence that they would reliably refund the difference as promised. Given the risk and hassle, I opted not to proceed with the exchange through Best Buy. Hoping for a simpler solution, I reached out to the TV’s manufacturer, but they informed me that I wasn’t eligible for a remote because more than 10 days had passed since my purchase. Ironically, this delay was due to Best Buy’s cancellation of the exchange, leaving me with no options to resolve the issue. Overall, while the TV itself performs well, the entire customer service experience with both Best Buy and the manufacturer was disappointing and exhausting. The process was unnecessarily complicated, with conflicting information and unhelpful solutions from both parties. For anyone considering this TV, note that while it functions fine, it lacks a remote (which you might struggle to receive) and has a highly reflective glass front panel, an issue other reviewers have also mentioned.

Love this tv. Bought it for my bathroom, as I knew it would have moisture. Tv is great. Wish it was a smart tv. I didn’t realize it wasn’t. I had to buy a fire stick. But the tv quality is super.

I ordered this tv on July 3. It wasn't in stock and had to be shipped and arrived July 15. When I opened it, the tv wouldn't respond to the remote. Not thinking much about it, I went ahead and mounted it under the gazebo and got new batteries for the remote. Again, the tv would not respond to the remote. Now the date was past the Best Buy return date of July 30. I took the remote to the Best Buy Geek Squad and they confirmed the remote worked. I call DuraPro customer service and after some discussion of what was happening and the remote confirmation from the Geek Squad, customer service stated the tv should be returned and to send an email to customer support to start the process. I have gone through more than a week of emails, sending video proof that the tv doesn't respond to the remote and the remote works. I eventually received an email to arrange replacement of the "accessory" however when I responded it was the tv that needed replaced as proven in requested emails. Core Innovations (DuraPro) sent another email asking me to open the tv and check wiring connections or call a repair person. I don't believe it's a valid request that I open a weather resistant tv to start trouble shooting This is not what I expect in fulfilling the warranty on a product. I still have 30 days left on the 90 day warranty and hoping that Core Innovations will make this right without me having to pay for someone to open the tv to tell me why it won't work.

I hook this up outside .. hooked up the firestick and it works fine .. I dont know why they all say the fire stick wont work .. I almost didnt buy this becaise I was told it wouldnt work .. who’s answering these questions ? But the anti glare still looks like a normal tv .. no better for outside glare !

Seems like a decent TV so far. Some notes--the mounting is odd, for such a heavy TV, it uses very small bolts--much smaller than the lighter and smaller Samsung it replaced. I am very disappointed in support options for a no-name TV--they haven't responded to email for two weeks and if you call you go to a full voice mailbox with no option to exit. I need discrete IR codes to integrate with Control4 and this should not be an uncommon request for a device like this.

Very heavy to start with, i guess thats the water proof of being an outdoor TV. Amazon Fire Stick could not identify it, so im also guessing brand name os off from their listing. TV works nice, but my biggest issue is it says it is Blue tooth compatibility, and cant find out how to do the connection. Nothing shows in the directions.

Good overall but unable to obtain the remote code so to connect it to my Google TV web browser since the manufacturer is not listed and for some reason the support team does not (or will not) share it and the remove that comes with it has very limited range making it very difficult to use. Very unfortunate.
