A: So I’m having the same issue almost—the new black filter that replaces the purple and green, doesn’t fit around the green filter, so essentially, the computer is reading that it’s missing a filter. After I hit the sleep/reset button, the purple filter indicator is good to go, but shows causation where the green one used to be. Is there a replacement for the green one now?
